Refund Policy

Family Playbook is operated by Israel Johnson. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

New Starter subscriptions include a free 30-day trial. Nothing is charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not billed at all.

Refunds are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund, email us at Israeljohnsonlifecoach@gmail.com from the address used at checkout, or use “Send feedback” inside the Family Playbook app, and include your receipt or the email used at checkout. We process approved refunds back to your original payment method.

You can also manage your subscription — payment methods, invoices, and cancellation — any time from the secure billing portal inside the app under Billing & Plan.

Cancelling stops future billing at the end of the current period. Your people’s memories, history, goals and documents are not deleted — advanced features simply become unavailable until you subscribe again.
