Billing questions
How are people counted? You pay once for your creator account, not for each playbook. Everyone is counted once — including you — even if they are in several of your playbooks. The people you invite are never charged.
What if I reach my limit? We show your usage as you go and offer an upgrade before you run out. Nothing and nobody is ever removed to enforce a limit.
Who handles payment? Payments are processed securely by Stripe, including tax calculation and collection, fraud protection, and dispute handling. Your statement may show LINK.COM* WANNECT.
Can I cancel? Yes, any time from Billing & Plan inside the app. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing your people created is deleted.

Are taxes included? Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected at checkout based on your location.
