Billing questions
Who handles payment? Payments are processed securely by Stripe. For most purchases, Stripe manages the transaction end-to-end — including tax calculation and collection, fraud protection, and dispute handling. Your statement may show LINK.COM* Family Playbook.
Can I cancel? Yes, any time from Billing & Plan inside the app. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing your people created is deleted.
Do you offer refunds? Yes — see our Refund Policy.
Are taxes included? Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected at checkout based on your location.
